A few personal notes: places, languages, robotics, and the games I follow when I step away from research.

Origin

I am from Jamshedpur, an industrial city in India and home to Tata Steel.

I speak intermediate French, having spent four years living in Paris during my PhD.

I developed a passion for robotics during my undergraduate years at IIT Kanpur, where I was a core member of the Robocon team.

I have recently picked up chess and am working to improve my positional style.

I follow tennis, Formula 1, and cricket, and play tennis at an amateur USTA 4.0 level.
